The Brief

Hitachi Construction Machinery UK Ltd are a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe and are responsible for the supply of excavators, wheel loaders, parts and servicing to the UK. Wriggle began working with Hitachi Construction Machinery in 2020 and since this point we have developed our relationships with the business. Their marketing department wanted to see movement within specific keywords resulting in an increase in organic traffic, they wished for their PPC campaign to be managed effectively, their website to be maintained professionally and to be reported to in a coherent manner.

Our Approach

From the outset along with the delivery of results it was clear that the client was seeking an agency who communicated effectively, reported to them and one was proactive in their approach. Initially, our approach was to increase the conversion rate on the website and from then on we have developed the strategy to ensure keywords are expanded upon, current rankings maintained to ensure an ROI is delivered.
