DCS Multiserve had recently undergone a full brand and web overhaul with a different design agency, but the business wished to drive new enquiries through digital mediums.

The business had done little to no digital marketing previously and received very few inbound enquiries.

The DCS Multiserve website did not rank for anything meaningful, and with this in mind we suggested a dual approach of both PPC & SEO.

We started PPC in month 1 of the campaign, and then when the business was receiving a steady stream of enquiries we bolted on SEO.

Within the first few months of the PPC campaign, we were able to generate enquiries, but we also realised that the website needed some tweaks to enable us to funnel the users.

These changes were made and made a significant difference in the website conversion rate.

With the SEO campaign, we started with the fundamentals and within 4 months we have seen keywords beginning to move and we have increased their organic impressions by 215%.
