Since January 2017, we have worked closely with The Guild and their marketing team to improve their search visibility and maintain long-lasting relationships with Guild Members. In order to achieve these aims, the team at Wriggle Marketing developed a combined search engine optimisation (SEO) campaign.
We continuously optimise key pages around high search volume keywords and develop existing content on the website accordingly. This was no small task due to the complexity of their website and also the competitiveness of the market.
Within a six month period, we managed to increase their search visibility and get the business ranking for terms such as ‘online house valuation’ on page one with a search volume of 3,600. Additionally, after working the term ‘Property valuation’ it is now also on page one with a high search volume of 5,400 and up against strong competitors such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
