Junior Graphic Designer

Wriggle Marketing are looking for a new face for our team! You will work with our existing designer and development team on numerous web projects. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop an existing career in design with a salary of £17,000 – £22,000 dependent on experience!

About Us:

Wriggle Marketing is a small digital marketing agency which started 5 years ago and the business is continuing to grow year on year. In order to help with this growth, we are looking for a Junior Designer.

The perfect applicant:

Wriggle are looking for an exceptional and motivated Junior designer to develop creative brand strategies and marketing campaign solutions for our clients. We work within a fast moving industry that requires the candidate to be exceptional at time management and understands the importance of quality control. Wriggle have clients of all shapes and sizes and the candidate must be wanting to add variety to their portfolio.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design marketing communications (print and digital) pieces including (but not limited) to emails marketing campaigns, social media plans and campaigns, web wireframe designs and mock ups, logos and brand development and much more. 
• Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals.
• Attend design meetings to discuss feedback and implement any changes to designs.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Design qualification or equivalent
• An excellent working knowledge of the Adobe design software suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc). 
• Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• The capability to use their own initiative and be proactive in looking for fresh design solutions
• Strong creative, organisational, problem solving and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work well with tight deadlines in a team environment
