Account Manager


Wriggle Marketing is a growing digital Marketing business and is seeking to appoint an Account Manager.

The business is young and fast paced. The requirement is for someone equally dynamic and motivated to do well in a rapidly growing business that operates in a fun but fast-moving sector.

As a rapidly growing business there is a requirement for a pragmatic and “can do” attitude to doing what is needed on a daily and weekly basis. In return, there is significant opportunity to shape the future of this role and have a long term and progressive career with a very supportive employer. We do not want an average Account Manager, we want someone who will add value to our team and be exceptional whilst wanting to progress with the business.



Duties of the role include (but not limited to): 


  • Delivering and managing projects and retainers for our marketing services clients
  • Writing, editing and publishing various content (blogs, social media posts, ebooks, white papers, landing page copy etc).
  • Helping to drive growth to our clients
  • Working with the wider team to help plan content calendars, social media plans and web projects
  • Playing a key role in undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing projects to ensure targets are met.
  • Nurturing strong relationships and maintaining clear lines of communications with the leadership, clients, new business teams as well as third party suppliers and partners.
  • Supporting other teams when necessary and appropriate.
  • Holding daily workflow meetings with the team to ensure all client projects are on track



Skills & Qualities:


  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and able to see projects through to fruition.
  • Deep understanding of (and passion for) the beast that is modern marketing.
  • A great writer (natural wordsmith).

  • Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to act on own initiative.
  • Ability to analyse data and spot trends.
  • A team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to understand ROI and a drive to constantly improve performance.





  • Marketing Degree or professional marketing qualification is essential.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency environment is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management role is essential
  • Thorough understanding and experience with organic and paid social media and search is essential.
  • Knowledge of using Adobe software would be desirable.




  • Salary £23-25k (depending on experience)
